> How do I place an order for flowers to be delivered?

 Simply complete our Flower Delivery Order Form and provide us will all of the necessary information required in order to ensure for successful delivery of your gift/bouquet/arrangement.  Please follow the simple steps provided for you, should you have any questions regarding this process, please call us directly at 1.866.466.7771.

> How do I know my order was processed?

 You will receive confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been processed, to the e-mail address that you have provided us.  The information that you have provided to us will be included in this e-mail along with a confirmation number.  Please keep this e-mail in a safe place should you need to reference this order.

> How is my order sent to another City or Country?

Please see our list of Cities and Countries in which we service and can delivery flowers.  Should you want to place an order to a City or Country that is not visibly listed, please contact us directly at 1.866.466.7771, and a Customer Service Representative will help you place your order.

> Where are the undeliverable locations?

www.torontoflowersonline.com can deliver to almost 100% of Canadian & U.S. households and to 150 countries worldwide. However, we can't deliver to a few places, due to the rules and restrictions of these special locations, for example:

Hospitals - We can't deliver to the Intensive Care Units (ICU) or the Critical Care Units (CCU) of hospitals because most hospitals will not allow it. If you send flowers to someone in the hospital who is currently in, or has moved to ICU or CCU, we'll hold the order until such time as the person is released into a regular room. A fresh bouquet will be delivered on that day.

> Can I place a custom order or do I have to select from the choices on the website?

Yes, we would be happy to take your custom order!  For very personalized service, please call us at 1.866.466.7771 to place your order with a Customer Service Representative.
