> Delivery Policy

*All Sundays, most associates are closed.  All deliveries will be made on Monday.

*Normal delivery hours for a florist are between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

Same Day Delivery is available (during non-holiday times).

• Monday through Friday: Your order can be delivered the same day if placed before 1:00PM in the recipient's time zone.
• Saturday: Your order can be delivered same day if placed before 12:00PM in the recipient's time zone.
• Sunday: There are no deliveries on Sundays, your order will be delivered on Monday.

> Peak Holiday Times

The floral and gift business experiences an increased volume of orders during major holiday periods, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.  While are ordinarily guarantee delivery on the exact date you select for delivery (subject to our restrictions listed below), the high volume of orders we receive during major holidays prevents us from guaranteeing delivery during those weeks.  Please keep this in mind when placing your holiday orders.

> Delivery to Hospitals

Here at www.torontoflowersonline.com, we are experienced at making deliveries to local hospitals.  When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the recipient's full name, room number, and/or ward of the recipients.

> Recipient Not Home

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift/bouquet/arrangement, please note the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout.  (Please also note that while we ask that you specify special delivery instructions, we do our best to accommodate your instructions, however are not responsible for any scenarios outside of our delivery control).  In all other cases, if the recipient is not home when we attempt to make a delivery, we will either:

• Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time;

• Leave a note on the recipient’s door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a time;

• Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or entrance way);

• Leave the gift/bouquet/arrangement with a neighbour and place a message on the recipient’s door with the necessary information.
